Qlik nprinting designer can't find a supported data app to manage the external application

Hi All

When I am trying to open the edit the report template for any report type (HTML, EXCEL, PPT etc.) using Nprinting designer, I am getting the below error.

Any thoughts?

@Manish Do you have MS Office installed locally on the machine you are attempting to opening designer on? If so does the Nprinting Designer and Nprinting Server version match? Have you attempted to do a repair on Nprinting Designer installation?

Yes, MS Office is installed locally.

Nprinting Server version: November 2017

Nprinting Designer version: May 2022 SR1

You will need to upgrade your Nprinting Server to match your Nprinting Designer version.
