Send x mails with different filter for each mail in one task?

Hello professionals!

So, I´ve been using NPrinting for a while now, and I think it´s not possible but here is my question:

As you read in the title, I have to send 20 mails to different mails (thats not a problem) but with each mail, containing its username filter, and so, changing some info in their common table. I´ve always done this by doing x number of tasks with each task having its mail and filter applied, cuz I don´t know any othe way to do it.

So, I´ve always seen the variable thing you can use in the mail receptors, and I know I can use QS formulas in filters and in variables, and I´m wondering if its possible to use just 1 task to send 20 mails but with different filters, but I don´t know how NPrinting would link each mail with each filter that would be changing.

Hi,

just use user filters which is exactly what you need for this. Go through documentation and also search for user filters on community as this topic was discussed tens of times.

Ohh I see, sorry, I didn´t knew this could be possible, firstly because I didn´t have the permissions to create users or groups, I did get them and I see how it works, it´s exactly what I wanted!
