modify pivot table nptinting

I have created a pivot table in qlik sense and I want to display it in nprinting. the table is added as one cell, how can I change the color of the cells in the header of the pivot table and add a color condition on the cell values?

There is not much you can do,

You can trty and turn off "Keep Source Format" and try to apply conditional formatting to whatever range you think your pivot table will take. Having pivot table tag as a single cell is "working as designed" and you either have to accept it or look for workaround.

Also it is not a best practice to use native Qlik Sense pivot tables as data source due to those well known formatting limitations.

I would suggets reconsidering and building an excel based pivot table of the Qlik Sense data coming out of straight table. That way you will benefit from all possible excel formatting features. All basic steps are well documented in official help page: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Pivot-table-Excel.htm

Hi,

I would suggest to create a straight table in Qlik Sense, Add columns in NP designer excel and create Pivot table there.

Thanks,

Ashutosh

if I build a pivot table based on a straight one, then the file will be sent 40 megabytes and will not be sent by mail, so I want to calculate everything in qlik sense in advance.

I find this difficult to believe.

your straight table can be aggregated to the same level as your pivot table - it is only the layout which will change, so If your straight table is already aggregated to the required level making pivot table in excel will not create large file
