You can apply a formatting rule to the band you want to conditionally hide. Refere to https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Documents/How-to-Manage-PixelPerfect-Conditional-Output...
You could made the band hide and use the formatting rule to made it visible when the condition is met.
You could also insert a page break and associate a formatting rule to it so the page will be broke if the condition is met.
