checking task execution details for report generation
make sure your QlikView / Qlik Sense apps are running properly
make sure your filters applied dont remove all data hence empty reports

Well - that is strange as in that case NPrinting wouldn't produce report at all and you said it produced them, but they were empty.
Also you would straight away get information about lack of license by running connection verification as lack of license is one of the checking points.
