Access Point error: "Message: No Server"

Hi,

I have a new server that I just set up, the Access Point is also set up but when I try to acces it I get this error: "Message: No Server"

Hi @StaHorse,

Have you reviewed the article QlikView: Organized way to troubleshoot "No Server" error that I previously mentioned? If so, what have you learned from reviewing the troubleshooting items the article lists?

The services might not be running and/or the communication between the various services didn't work and/or the server has no proper licence. The QMC should give more information to this issue.

services are actually running, and we do have a license.

Make sure you have the Web Server pointing to your QVS instance. See screenshot below.

Hi @StaHorse,

Qlik Support article QlikView: Organized way to troubleshoot "No Server" error is a great way to start troubleshooting.  Suggest that you start first with the QlikView Web Server logs. The troubleshooting path diverges if you're using the QlikView Web Server or IIS, so which one do you have configured?
