Failed to contact QDS error in Qlikview

Hi,

I am getting "Failed to contact QDS" error in qlikview and once the tasks were completed succesfully but not updating the QVW in Qlikview Access Point.

Hello ,

Please review and confirm the following information:

1. Confirm that antivirus exclusions are in place as the software can interfere with port communications.
2. Review the QMC logs to see if communication issue are being recorded.
3. If the reload logs show a failure during distribution, it would relate to the handoff between the distribution services (QVD) and Qlikview Server Service. (QVS)
