Hello @Beginner_Qlik1,

we need to have more information on the errors you are getting. is the port 9200 open as needed?

What the license logs says, the dispatcher and the Management console?

Cheers,

Hi @Albert_Candelario ,

The problem has not been solved as yet.

Hi @Beginner_Qlik1,

Have a look at QlikView KB article Disabling Kerberos encryption method RC4_HMAC_MD5 causes QlikView Server to disconnect, which I have provided to customers with similar symptoms as yours - the QlikView Server will show as disconnected in the Management console. Prior to version 12.70 SR1, you would have to enable this.

With the release of 12.70 SR1, it is possible to keep this cipher disabled. Refer to Qlik KB article Disable RC4 stream cipher in QlikView May 2022 (12.70) SR1 or higher.

Best Regards

@Beginner_Qlik1

From your pic I can see that you are using LEF, have4 you tried to manually copy the LEF information?

Scroll down to "License offline using the LEF" section.
