User Bookmarks missing in Accesspoint

Dear Colleagues,

 

We have recently migrated our qlikview apps, to another QVS cluster after which some users complained they missed their bookmarks. Not all users face the same issue. We have not made any kind of changes for the .TShared and .Meta file.We have also verified for the user bookmarks in the QMC.

Is there a way we can retrieve the previous user bookmarks without recreating it again, and without affecting the bookmarks which is already present.

Please let us know as this seems to a pretty urgent issue.

@Praful_PT  Even though they show in the QMC  the fact that are missing indicates to me that that the .TShared file is more than likely corrupted. Unless you have a backed up copy of .Tshared file from before the migration and the bookmarks went missing the only solution here would to have the users recreate their bookmarks.
