Hi anil,
that is nothing you can do in the SECTION_ACCESS - there you can only regulate access_rights and, generally, the access to the qvw.
If you want a single sheet to only be available for a certain user, that can be solved on UI level, in the sheet_properties, on the "general" tab. Mind, however, that the "other" users will then still be able to add the data from the sheet they can't see, it will still be in the data_model.
There are other ways to simply make those fields unavailable in the data_model.
