What is it that NPrinting can do which QlikView cannot, esp in terms of scheduling and other server related activities?

What all needs to be taken care of at the time of installation?

NPrinting is a report distribution add-on for QlikView.

It allows you to generate and distribute reports by combining charts and data from multiple QlikView apps (QVWs) and then distribute the results in various formats (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to folders or to users via email.

The users do not need a QlikView licence to view the NPrinting reports as the data is static.

But can we not copy paste the charts from different qvws in an excel, re position them and distribute?

Yes, but NPrinting can do this automatically, apply different filters, and distribute this on a schedule either as one document or individual documents tailored for each recipient without user intervention.
