Cross Table to make Values Header/Field

Hi Team,

As we are aware of Crosstable to make Headers/Columns as Field Values, I have different requirement to Make field values to Headers/Columns. I have 2 Values in one of my Column and i would like to make it as Column Name and Values can be anything like 0 for Exist and 1 for Not exist.

To make it clear, I am looking for something exactly opposite of CrossTable.

Is it possible in script?
