Hi guys !
I'm beginner in QlikView.
How can i put data labels below for one expression/line and above for another (just like in attached screen) ?
I cannot solve this question.

Look at the very last example on the "Line Chart" sheet. It demonstrates additional expressions as invisible bars in a Combo chart to position labels. Using a dual() value let's you display the correct value but offset the position one way or another.
This is similar to Marcus's suggestion of using an invisible line but I find it easier with invisible bars.

QV isn't very flexible by positioning data-labels. You could try to set the data-labels within the segments but I don't believe it will be enough difference between the two lines.
You could also try to create a third line on a second axis by which the line will be hidden (inactive or with transparent colors) or you used two charts which are overlapping each other (with diverse layout adjustments).
