We're using version 10 with the Ajax client.
I would like to find a way to disable the 'New' and 'Open' icons on the standard toolbar for all users.
This seems to be controlled at the user level. I can open the document and disable the buttons by de-selecting them under Add-Remove buttons -> Standard, but the setting is not held for users opening the document after I save the document in the development area and copy it to the production folder.
Also, I would like to disable the same two functions under 'File' on the main menu.
We've been told by our account rep that this is possible, but not how to do it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
