Document open call failed. The document might require username and password.

Error: Document open call failed. The document might require username and password.

Information: Attempted to load the document without data.

Error: The document failed to open.

Information: Closed the QlikView Engine successfully. ProcessID=25816

Error: Document could not be opened

Facing this kind error in a task after a minute it will reran to success.What kind of issue is this ?

Please advise me !

Is it happening to only 1 document or all documents?

In QMC the document can only be loaded thru your Service Account.

Check if you have entered correct credentials for username and password.

Many times companies has policy to expire the service account password after 30 days or 60 days etc.

Check out with your team if the Service account is valid with correct username and password try reload the document again after the update.

No.In my document does not have Section access.

Hi,

when happens this in Your process, is it immediately after you start the task?

Is this a New qvw application that you have moved from a test environment to Production server?

More input will be needed, like logfiles etc.

Maybe u can check your Directory Service Connectors in QMC, we should keep a valid AD account/PWD in here.Sometimes it maybe disappeared automatically.
