I used to connect to Qlikview Accesspoint using the previous iOS app on my phone or iPad.
Since installing the new version v2 , using the same address and log-in I get 'Error contacting server' message .
Nothing else has changed apart from updating to the new app (have tried on many iPads - same problem).
I can access via safari - its simply when using this new app.
Any help? Thanks

have you tried to upgrade the version of the qlikview server? i had some similar issue. So i did an upgrade to
11.20 SR 6 version on the qlikview server , (remember to upgrade also the QlikviewOfflineService.exe 11.20 SR 6 ) worked like a charm
James, have manager to solve the issue? I'm struggling myself to find a solution. I run 11.2 SR5 server and iOS 2.0 app.
Douglas, is OfflineServices mandatory to install even if I don't intend to allow users downloading offline content?
Hi, well, One is the offline services installed, Giving the applications permission to work offline in the management console is optional.
