Hello All,
I'm hoping you can help me, one of our users are getting the attached error - I've cleared out their licences, but I have no idea what's causing it.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I guess the users is only experiencing connection problem. Is he behind a firewall or something like this?
He needs to access ports 80 and 4774 ( or 4747... I'm not totatlly sure)

I believe the firewall settings should be fine, he's recently upgraded to IE9, but it was working fine with IE8. We've reinstalled and downloaded the latest client, but no joy.

Maybe the key is in the IE version. It has been unsupported to use with plugin until v10 SR2, if I remember correctly. Version 9 of Internet Explorer was released after QlikView Version 10. Is your user's Windows system fully updated?
You will need to completely uninstall the plugin, reboot and install it again.
