I am looking to create a view of two tables in QlikSense. One table above another on a simple dashboard. The top table will contain a list of phone calls for a team along with the ID of the phone call and a few details.
I would like a table below to show more details, but only when a Call_ID is selected in the above table. Also, I would like the bottom table to not be restricted by the filters applied to the top table, such as selecting only one team to view.
For example, If a Call_ID is selected from the list of calls in the top table, the bottom table would then populate all matching records with the same call ID. And it would ignore the filters applied to the top table. This may happen if two people have the same Call_ID, allowing all related calls to show as a detailed view.
Any suggestions for how to approach this?
