How do you sort by an aggregated date??

How do you sort by a date function? i have a dimension like this

=Week([timestamp])

and then i have two measures, one with the  f times another field, [value], is "Yes" and another for "No"

how do i make the data go in ascending order by week?

I overall find Qlik to be very limiting and frustrating, and cannot believe that sorting by Date ASC is not built into it... my bone to pick.

Hi,

Try with Sort/ Sort by expression and put your formula =Week([timestamp])

Check the following Design Blog links, hopefully they get you on the right track here, feel free to search in that area directly yourself as well if I missed the mark on the ones I selected.

There are others out there, just FYI, but I did not want to go too crazy here, here is the base URL to that area to search yourself:

Be sure to also use help.qlik.com as well...
