How to get the employee details, based on user selection from field value

Hi,

I have one requirement like, if user type 10000 in box or input box(those value not available in sales field) . How respective chart show less than 10000 sales value of employee details. it will require on chart level.

With out selection of sales field value chart:  

Employee	Sales
A	25000
B	40000
C	9500
D	5000
E	3000

With selection of sales field value chart:  

Employee	Sales
C	9500
D	5000
E	3000
