What is happening is that when we (IT Dept) prints out a qlikview, it will print in a great resolution and look perfect. When the end user prints, it comes out "funky" looking. We have found that depending on screen size, it changes the way the document is printed. Is there a way to set a default print layout where it will print like it should no matter what the screen size?
