How word cloud install

I have word cloud plugin. I installed it and nothing happens.

How to use plugin?

If you double clicked the .qar file the extension should be installed. What you then do is open Qlikview, change to Webview (menu View, Turn on/off Webview) and right click the sheet and select the option New Sheet Object. Next click on Extension Objects and drag the Wordcloud extension to the sheet.

When I change to Webview  and get a message

In Webview mode I can do anything.

I have QV Ver 11.20 SR4

IE 11 is not yet supported, so if you have that version installed on your system you either have to wait for SR5 or downgrade to IE10.

Now I see plugin with error.. But I don't know how to set up all.
