QMC task connecting to Sharepoint site from Qlikview is failing

Hello,

There is a Sharepoint site having few Lists. A Qlikview Extract is created to connect to those Lists from Qlikview.

Connection can be established from Qlikview to Sharepoint site by manually reloading the Qlikview Extract using my Local credentials. However, Task fails while reloading through QMC giving error message as ‘Error: Access is denied.’ in the Log file.

Able to access Sharepoint site URL through Web browser using SA Account, however, while manually reloading the same Qlikview file using SA Account shows Access denied error.

Same level of access to Sharepoint site has been provided to my Local account and SA Account.

Is the access to the Sharepoint site perhaps limited by IP/machine instead of just the account?

No, Access to Sharepoint site is not limited by IP / machine

Found the solution - Add the sharepoint site to Trusted sites under IE > Internet Options > Security tab > Select Trusted sites > Click on Sites button > Add Sharepoint site
