Qlikview Functionality

Hi,

I have 3 list box's on a page. Year / Quarter /  Month. When you make a selection the graphs on the tab change to show the according data.

However. If the user clicks Year 2012. Quarter 3. The whole page just shows graphs related to Quarter 3 for any Year, as there is no data for Q3 2012 as it has not happen yet.

I would of expected Qlikview to say in the graphs No Data to be displayed, instead of automatically unticking the 2012 in the Year List Box and removing 2012 from the current selections box.

Is there anything i can do for this or is it just a functionality of Qlikview.

Hi,

     Its because of you didn't mapped the Q3 for 2012.

     For this you need to generate the Date in calendar table for this whole year and generate quarters for that.
