Still bring prompt of User ID but have removed Section Access?

Hi,

I have uncommented the section access script from my document and loaded another version to the server, but I am being prompted with a User Identification "Please enter User ID"? Has anyone any ideas why this would be?

Sorry , where would I need to go to to to find the document properties? On the Enterprise Management Console or the actual QV Document? Thanks
