User printing From IE

Hi Everyone.

I have set up a dashboard in Qlikview 10 and added a print sheet button which works really well. Users who access the document via IE cannot print this sheet using the button. Is it just not possible or what is the suggested method for printing from IE.

IT is an issue that happens only using IE ?

Did you check that the URL for the exported object before printing is working fine ?

It can be a localhost translation which is not understood by the local client...

Hi

Printing an object from IE works fine.

What does not work is my button which I added onto the dashboard. I have used an action of print sheet with a named sheet ID. I am guessing that IE does recognise the action???

Hi, I have had issues with actions also, although they work fine for me with the IE plugin client, and some of them don't work with the AJAX client. Which client are you using to test your button??

FIXED

This was not working because I did not have the IE plugin set up correctly. I am new to Qlikview and still learning new things every day.
