dual function in stacked bar

I have a stacked bar chart  with two expressions. Bars are horizontal

In the second expression I am using the dual function to provide values in text at the top of the bar 

When both expressions are  enabled  however the value displayed is the sum of the two expressions,

when I disable the first expression the correct values are displayed.

Changing the sequence of the expressions did not help.  I am using  version 12.6.20000.0 (May 2021)

EDIT: changing the number selection of the expression to percentage the text value does not show correct neither.
