Hi Sunil,
Admin overrider security apppears in the security tab of the document properties.
What it basicly says, that what ever you selected in the user privileges section, when a "user" has Admin status under section access, he can do everything despite what you have flaged in this section.
So if you flaged that a user can't export, a user with admin access can export.
