In Qlik Sense SaaS, there should be a way to allocate an Analyser Capacity license type to a user, just like Professional and Analysers.

The current process isn't very transparent and goes something like...

"if the user isn't allocated a professional nor an analyser license, but they're in the users list i.e. have been invited to the tenant (or the IDP lets them in), and auto-assign professional/analyser is turned off, then consume capacity time".

I agree.
It should be possible to use dynamic allocation of analyzer licenses (more practical than manual) and to adjust the licenses by giving an infrequent user a capacity license even when there are still analyzers for future users.
