Hello Qlik Users,

There has been some conflicting information floating around in the Qlik Community that we would like to clear up:

Qlik NPrinting 2019 and above is supported with QlikView 12.50 SR2.

We apologize for any confusion there may have been.

An issue, however, has been identified with QlikView 12.50 SR2 and NPrinting for a specific deployment configuration that we would like to make everyone aware of.

Any QlikView customers that use DMS authorization AND have a clustered environment, may receive a connection failure with Qlik NPrinting.

Due to the nature of this issue, we are asking any QlikView customers that connect to Qlik NPrinting with this specific type of configuration to hold off on upgrading to QlikView 12.50 SR2.

The issue is planned to be fixed with the Qlik NPrinting November release. We will follow up on this issue as we get more information
