today's tip is a feature that was
introduced as part of our February
enhancements the new feature I want to
Share with you today is the ditto same
here button you will find this button on
all of our forums, and it's available in
two places within any discussion post
the first place is on the initial post
when you're clicking the ditto same here
button you're letting us and the other
click Community users know hey I have
the same question or issue we can then
use that information to help create new
content or adjust any existing content
to possibly address the question
the second place is on any reply that
has been accepted as a solution of
course only the original poster or a
moderator can accept a reply as a
solution but when you click the ditto
same here button in this area you're
letting everyone know this suggestion
and you should give it a try to see if
when you click on the ditto button in
either area you will start to see a
count of people that either have the
same question or found the solution
helps them I hope you find Value in this
