Bullet Chart problem

Hi expert

i used bullet chart from Qlik sense visualization bundle. However, the mouse hover value display is not aligned with format setting as below screenshot. is there any way to set 0 decimal display when mouse hover the chart?

by the way i already set the number format is 0 decimal number in measure. Thanks.

which version of qlik sense are you using ? 
in june 2020 version bullet chart is part of the builtin charts and work like you want it to work
