There was an error contacting the license service. Keep retrying...
Could anyone help me?
I'm newbie to Qlik Sense. I've installed QS Nov 2019 on Win16 system but neither QMC nor HUB is working. Repository log contains records like this:
QLIK-TEST-1\Qlik There was an error contacting the license service. Keep retrying... (3610 failed requests) GET /v1/licenses/overview StatusCode: InternalServerError Response: . Could not connect to the license service. NO-STACKTRACE 641bc06a-fb59-45d4-9d5d-a8af0ec65462

postgres databases (Licenses, QSMQ, QSR, SenseServices) belong to qliksenserepository
localhost:443 is closed
all Qlik services are running, but Windows Application Event log contains warning as described in https://support.qlik.com/articles/000074679, but the hint doesn't work for me.
I've tried to remove and recreate certificates, reinstall QS with the same effect.
I've run out of ideas

Did you create an inbound/outbound port rule for 443? This is a requirement when using the licensing service.

Hi,
Did you manage to fix this issue? I also updated to Qlik Sense November 2019 now and get the same issue.
Regards
Johan

Maybe the server is not in the internet because of a proxy setting?
Check
