qliksense hub showing all apps...

Suddenly i can see lot application in my "Work" space in qliksense hub.

only 3 application belongs to me but rest are not brlongs to me.

what to do to restrict to see only applications belongs from my work or i duplicated from hub.

pleasae suggest.

By default - each dedicated user ID should have their own My Work stream and should not see other individuals work unless they are the owner of that work. Can you check the apps in question and see who the owner is. The only way I see this to be possible is that is an ID is being shared.

Some good suggestions from Pablo and Bala above.

This this happen after you upgraded? Make sure it's not apps that are published in streams and they have a "stream" icon. This came in April 2018 and will be changed in June 2018 as it was a bit confusing and cluttering.

In qliksense QMC ,any custom rules are over ride default rules and we are facing challenges to reconsider the app level access and sheet level access.
