Meet Oleg Troyansky! A Qlik Community MVP, Partner Ambassador, and exemplary leader in the Qlik Community. This month we are honoring his contributions to the Qlik Community. Oleg started using the Qlik Community in 2009, posted thousands of times, and provided countless solutions. He constantly shows appreciation. Fun fact: Oleg is not only going to QlikWorld, but he also secured a spot as a speaker! Oleg will share best practices of Qlik Sense application development for optimized performance. When it comes to my Qlik-based professional career, I can say that I grew up in the Qlik Community from its first days. At that time, I was one of a few people who answered all questions, which served me greatly! Most of the time, I didn't have the answers ready, so I had to research all the tricky issues that developers were facing, and that helped me learn the tool in ways I'd never explore otherwise. Over time, many other experts started answering questions, allowing me to step back and focus on other areas. To this day, however, Qlik Community to me is what Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn do to other people - it's where I hang out routinely, trying to help people.

Outside of Qlik Community, I run my consulting company Natural Synergies Consulting Inc., which provides expert services, education, and mentoring to Qlik customers and partners. So, if you need expert help, please don't hesitate to contact me. In addition, I enjoy playing music with my friends, reading, and woodworking in my free time.  

QlikWorld, previously known as Qonnections, previously known as QlikView User Group, is also one of my everlasting traditions. Since the first-ever QlikView User Group meeting in Raleigh, where all QlikTech employees, partners, and customers could fit in a small room, I hardly missed a single Qlik conference. To me, it's always a lot of fun, great networking, and great energy that's shared among all. Usually, I deliver a technical breakout session on one of my favorite topics. This year, I will share my view on the Good Habits of Qlik Sense Performance. This is one of the staple topics of the Masters Summit for Qlik (https://masterssummit.com) and of my Master Class, which can be ordered privately, and this year I will be sharing these methodologies with the QlikWorld attendees that come to my session.
