tFileExcelWorkbookOpen in talend data integration v8

Hello Everyone, I'm unable to add the component tFileExcelWorkbookOpen in talend and i'm getting a missing comonent.

when trying to install this component manually in

<Talend Studio installation dir>\plugins\org.talend.designer.components.localprovider_x.x.x.rxxxxx\components\. and add it via Prefernece/components, the component is not addedd.

I want to know if it is removed from talend v8 especially that this component is related to File/Spreadsheet faily ?

please i need help it's urgent

Hello,

As tFileExcelWorkbookOpen is a custom component, you need to install and import it into your Talend Studio. Please make sure that you did paste the component folder to a dedicated directory where you will store all custom components

Did you download this custom component from a public archive on GitHub? Or you have already downloaded it from exchange portal before?

thank you for your answer, however when i try to install the component I get a warn " your selection will result in folder nesting, which is not recommmended. Do you want to continue anyway ?

How to fix this ?

Yes i Followed this installation. I'm working on talend v8.0.1

Are you sure that it is compatible ?

because in git doc it is mentioned compatible with talend v8.0

There is no talend v8.0 actually, it should be compatible with talend v8.0.X build version.
