Calculate Sum Of Curent Selection Item

Hello ,

I would like to calculate using set analysis the selected item but when i put the formula below i got sum of all records

sum({$<SUpplier={"*"}>} Purchase)

Not sure why you're using set analysis at all. The sum of the currently selected values is Sum(Purchase) with no set, or if you want to spell it out for some reason, sum({$} Purchase). Adding Supplier=* is telling Qlik to sum all suppliers ignoring the current selection (and any object dimensions).
