We're migrating our Qlikview dashboard to Qliksense, but we can't seem to find an equivalent feature in Qliksense.
Out customers use Qlikview to print out reports for heads of department on a monthly basis showing details and costs for various projects. This has been very easy to do in Qlikview. We defined the report showing what we wanted to display for each project then went into "Page Settings" and used the "Banding" feature "Loop page over possible values in field". We set "ProjectID" as the field to loop over. Then we get a report showing a page for each project, with all of that project's spend on each page. We run this effortlessly every month, without having to reconfigure anything.
There's no obvious way of doing this in Qliksense (unless I'm missing something). It's a feature that has been there in report-generating tools for many years (MS Access, Crystal Reports etc.) and I cant believe we're the only organisation that has become heavily dependant on this functionality.
How have other users got round this problem?
Thanks in advance.
Very good point.
If you use Qlik Sense Server On Windows, Nprinting is the official Qlik solution.
If you use Qlik Sense SaaS, Qlik Automation + Qlik Reporting should be the path.
There are also several aftermarket solutions from various partners that might help.

Stories can be also, to some extent, a possible approach, but not 100%...
Most likely if you give to each manager a new Qlik Sense Analyzer license, this will far easier !
Guess who will be happy about it ?
😉
Thank you - will investigate these
