Displaying Real time snapshot

Hi

I have a requirement where i want to avoid the qvw refresh after every data reload in qvd.

My qvd is getting refreshed twice a day and i dont want to refresh my qvw but it should display the updated data.

can some one help me with this situation.

Without reloading you can't achieve this.

You can either use Direct Discovery and load data from Database rather than QVD or look into Partial Load feature.

also can we use input field function with Direct Discovery?
