Lost of data

Hello, I have a problem with lost of data. When QlikView load data read 7950 registers. When I created the table box QlikView is reading 4000 registers. This happened I think because a I have a Field (date). When I export to excel. Show me 00-Jan-00. In the data base this meaning that the client doesn't have debt. But QlikView is not reading This. When Transform the Table Box to pivot QlikView Show me 7950 registers. but when I expanded this pivot again QlikView Show me 4000 Registers.

What can it be?

Hi,

No. of records in table box doesnt necessarily be equal to no. of records in document. Table box shows only the distinct combinations of the data. To check out the acutal no. of records, go to table viewer and point mouse on the table.
