Is there a way to lock in header text?

I am looking to create a table/pivot table where I can lock in the header text, let's say Customer Name, no matter if there is a value associated based on selection criteria.

The idea is:

I have 100 customers in my data

Select Year 2012 I have 100 Customers with values

Select Year 2013 I only have 80 Customers with values

I would like the Headers for the Customer Dimension to show all 100 Customers for Year 2013 when selected so I can pinpoint which Customers have not yet placed any orders.

Suggestions?

Go to your table properties; on the Dimensions tab, select the desired dimension (Customers) and check the "Show All Values" box.

Then, on the Presentation tab, uncheck "Supress Zero-Values".

On the Expressions tab, set up a a valid expression (if you haven't done so); e.g. sum(value).
