Hi All,
End user has to download qlikview file from Qlikview access point for Offline analysis.
We have tested by downloading the file from qlikview access point where qlikview personal edition is installed .
not able to open the file , shows error like document created by personnel edtion user.
how to acheive this or i have to add any settings in qlikview server for the particular user.
end user needs license for this ???
thks in advance .
Hi,
No he need to be connected to the company's network, without that leasing will not happen. At least once he need to be in network, so once he got lease from server, he can disconnect from network and the license will work for a month, again after license expires he need to connect to network and get a lease from server.
If he has individual license for his own local computer ( Which he might need to buy from qlikview), then he can just download from Access point and use the same for offline analysis.

Hi,
To open the application created by some other user's, your Qlikview needs proper license.
If you have Named Cal license assigned to that user, you can get a lease from server and your user can open the document and do offline analysis.

Example:
Sales person need to download the qlikview file from qlikview access point, he may not use the company network.
in this case leasing license from server will work.
