Export to PDF / Image

In QlikSense 3.2, when I right mouse click on the 2 Dimensional Heatmap visualization (custom addon) and select the “Export as an image” or “Export to PDF” I get an image of an error message that states “Invalid visualization The visualization was not found on the server: bi-irregular-2dim-heatmap”. The visualization can export data with no issue and all other functions within the visualization seem to work great. I have found other users experiencing this issue but I have not run across a working solution. I have tried various browsers and export options. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Additional testing has revealed that add-on extensions will export. This is not specific to the 2 dimensional heat map, I also experienced the same result with “#1 Simple KPI”.errorExportFromExtension.png

This is appears to be a bug with the application, not an issue with a specific extension. I have opened up a support case to address this issue.
