Shared app? Do you mean in Qlik Sense Cloud or Qlik Sense Enterprise?
In QSE, the administrators have access to Monitoring apps and Auditing tools that help determine who has access to apps/streams/objects and also who accessed things and when.
In QSC, it depends on your version and what your level of security is.
