Chart Title colour options missing?

Hi there.  In my dashboard, I need to have the text colour in blue specifically #3c59a5 

I've been selecting this without issue by going to Appearance>Styling>Title then choosing the colour.

However I have a line chart in my dash, where the option to change the colour of the text is missing.

In the styling menu of the line chart, you only have the option to change the data point size, line thickness.  There aren't any options to modify the titles or text.

Can anyone advise how to get the styling options for title/subtitle etc in a line chart?  I must be doing something wrong?

I've managed to find a work around for this.

If you

1. change the line chart to a pivot table,

2. then change the colour using styling option.

3. change the pivot table back to a line chart and the styling remains.
