Hi,

Thank you for the Document Analyzer.  I am sincerely grateful!

What does the new 'missing field' addition do? I ran the 2.8 and 3.0 Document Analyzer, but I do not know what I should do to mitigate these. I have to admit that I thought this meant I had used a field as a dimension, and later removed the field from the data, but did not remove it as a dimension.

Thank you,

Dena

" I have to admit that I thought this meant I had used a field as a dimension, and later removed the field from the data, but did not remove it as a dimension."

That's exactly what it means. If there are any missing fields then:

1. Select "Missing" from the DimensionType listbox on the DImensions sheet.

2. On the Object sheet, you'll be able to see what objects have missing Dims that should be fixed. An easy way to do this is select the, one at a time and use the "Goto Object" button.

There appears to be no data in the qvw you are analyzing? Or did you get an error during the Reload and press OK?
