After Installation hus is not up where as QMC is available

I just installed QlikSense 3.0.0.0 . When I tried to access the hub I faced following error.

did u restart your machine? and check it once.

Was the Installation successful? Were there any errors recorded in the log files? Try restarting the repository database service.
