From time to time QS allows me to actually edit a published app. Then after a day or so it will stop allowing it. Then after some period of time it will allow it again. This happens to multiple apps and multiple users.
I have not upgraded and have not changed any security rules.
Has anyone else seen this or figured out what is causing it?
Figure it out. Somehow a security rule was updated for Root Admin that allowed Edit. I unchecked that from this rule and now even a Root Admin can not edit or reload an app that has been published.
