Change background color in pivot table

Dearest members,

Currently I am struggling with the background color of a pivot table where I compare two (or in the future multiple) years, see screenshot of the table below;

What I would like to get done is that when the value of 2016 is higher than the value of 2015 to turn it into red and vice versa. I've already tried several options with RowNo() etc. but I cannot get it done Could you guys please help me out??
