we are using Qik sense 3.1 SR1 version. we are using this version since 5 months. Since 2 weeks are facing issues when accessing content Library we are seeing Loading media files for 1 minute or so and then gets second screen error message. we have checked logs, permissions to the content library on folder levels. we also tried with RootAdmin access, ContentAdmin access. We did everything we can but unable to find root cause and resolution.
We also performed cleanup script but nothing resolved this issue. we also raised ticket with Qlik but they could not help us.
Please share any ideas or thoughts

thanks for the reply. Since we are facing issue after 5 months of original upgrade, can there be a reason repair is required now? Just trying to avoid more issues during repair process if something else breaks
HOping that repair will not break something else. We have never performed repair so not sure of the negative outcome
It looks like your content library stored in the repository is corrupted. I'd say follow the instructions (which includes taking a backup and then try to go ahead with the repair). Or talk to Qlik once before the repair to check if there's anything they can do or to just confirm that the repair will work.
i will definitely take a backup. One more thing worth mentioning is existing apps which have images loading fine in the dashboar. This issue is only when adding or removing images
